We are delighted to present you the development of ‘Fair Winds Collective’. We started in summer 2023 and are still in progress too. The next seven months: Cosmo is working as the principal at the Nautical College in Enkhuizen, Peggy is working on the Gulden Leeuw for High Seas High School, crossing the Atlantic and Nitya is our consultant due to online meetings.
Therefore, you will find on our webpage, developing content and new partners continuously. From July 2024 onward, there will be much more possible and vissible. Still, our meetings are happening right now and will continue step by step. To share our progress from scratch, we started the webpage for you. The initiative to unite sustainable European sailing cargo, education and science projects.
With Fair Winds Collective, we invite cargo transporting vessels and sustainable projects under sail to our hub in Amsterdam at Kaap de Groene Hoop: KaapKargo (Cape Cargo). The hub functions as a central point for promotion of these sustainable initiatives and as a transfer point for incoming and outgoing goods and trainees. Directly related to the Nautical College Enkhuizen, we provide international connections, professional knowledge and educated maritime personnel/trainees. Nationally and internationally, we sail sustainable.
